Nice waiting staff made my stay more pleasant.

The room was freezing on arrival and the noise from a barking dog next door ruined my comfort. The breakfast was greatly disappointing. many items were unavailable and I ended up with tea that I could hardly drink. my experience felt uncoordinated and lacked adequate management oversight.

Consider requesting a room away from communal areas to avoid noise from the bar and dining areas during your stay.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We hit the Sky Hill trail and checked out The Venture Centre for some outdoor fun like archery. The location was perfect for jogging trails and the beach is nearby. Staff were really friendly and made our stay enjoyable.

One downside was the room cleanliness. It wasn’t serviced at all during our stay, which was a bit odd. We also felt the automatic gratuity was unreasonable given the lack of housekeeping.

i was absolutely appalled by the breakfast service, and the coffee was shockingly weak, as if made from stale beans, not to mention the undercooked sausages, how hard can it be? i also had to ask multiple times for basic toiletries—i mean, would it kill them to check the bathroom? i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t!

Nice room with a view of the sea and park. The room was clean and had a fantastic walk-in shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our stay included free parking. I will definitely return for another gathering.

the location of the ramsey park was ideal, just a quick walk into the center. I loved how friendly the staff were. they really made an effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay. our classic double room was comfy and clean. breakfast was also enjoyable with a good variety.
